Small-group coaching is a time- and cost-effective solution for organizations that hire lots of veterans and/or Reservists. Because on-boarding challenges are highly predictable, we can work with a cohort of new-hires to quickly get them up to speed and avoid pitfalls. Organizations engage us for small-group coaching at key points in the employee lifecycle, for example:
Designed to address the most common and important issues faced by former military, small-group coaching programs typically occur over a 3-month period and include weekly meetings and interim assignments. When possible, cohorts are grouped into by level to ensure highest relevance and impact. Multiple concurrent groups can be accommodated, as well as distance-participation.
